SHIPPING POLICY

At Bigfoot Bait Company, we want to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below to learn more about our shipping methods and policies.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days.

We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Expedited orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days and typically arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are fixed rates and do not change based upon your location within the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the USPS or UPS website.

Order Delivery: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been delivered, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is retrieved in a timely manner.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

​​RETURN POLICY​

At Bigfoot Bait Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our Return Policy below for information on how to return your item(s).

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cbrownlures@yahoo.com with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item(s) and place a new order on our website.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
